So Justin and Cameron officially broke up. I liked them together and I also liked the way they handled such a public relationship - both in the beginning and the end. And, somewhat related, my Justin concert tickets arrived in the mail today! The concert reviews have been fantastic. I'm ready!
It turns out my DVR was set up to record the Indigo Girls on Ellen after all. They performed "Little Perennials" which I don't think was the best choice for a TV performance but my joy at actually seeing them on on my television outweighed any of that. They're the coolest. L.O.V.E.
Have I ever mentioned that I hate it when people call me "sweetie" or "sweetheart" or "hon?" Older relatives can get a away with it. So can a boyfriend. It doesn't work for me, though, when it's friends, business associates, or strangers. (Read: it drives me nuts.) Today I had to respond to an e-mail from my real estate agent and tell him that, while I appreciate how well we work together, I'd prefer it if he not call me sweetheart. Because, seriously? I'm not his sweetheart nor am I ever feeling particularly sweet hearted when discussing my property in Florida.
